For your wedding day

The only two people who missed your wedding
are the two of you.

You were going table to table, taking portraits, dancing the first dance. Everything else — table 9, the bar at one in the morning, your uncle crying by the door — happened where you weren't. Everyone caught it. capturU brings it together, puts it on the screen that same night, and hands you all of it the next morning.

No account, no card.

Your wedding day. Your daughter's quince. Your parents' fiftieth. The day you say goodbye to someone and everybody has a story about them.

Three things happen — and one of them happens that night

01

Put her name on it

Set her page up in ten minutes: her name, her photo, her colors. We give you the signs, the table cards and the wristbands, print-ready, with her code on them. It lands on the table. People see it.

02

That night, it's on the big screen

Guests point their phone camera at the code. Nothing to download, no account, no email. What they upload shows up on the screen at the salón in seconds.

03

The next morning, all of it is yours

Download everything at high resolution, no extra charge. Then send one link on WhatsApp so every guest gets the whole night — not just their own camera roll.

The screen in the room is what makes people upload

Nobody uploads because they read a sign. They upload when they see their own photo up there and the whole room laughs. That's why the screen is in every event at no extra cost, and why we hand you the ten-second script for the DJ to say on the mic. It projects vertical or horizontal, and it runs on several screens at once if your venue has them.

The booth, for the things nobody writes down

There is a phone in the room. You pick it up, you talk, you hang up. Grandma talks. The padrino. The madrina. The friend who started crying. What nobody sits down to write, a lot of people will say out loud. Those messages are the first thing you hear the next morning.

And something that lands on the table

Nobody looks at a sign by the door. A wristband stays on all night. We give you everything print-ready, with your names and your code on it:

  • · Wristbands, 7 to a sheet
  • · Table cards for every table
  • · Signs for the entrance and the restrooms
  • · The invitation, to send on WhatsApp or print

Your photographer stood exactly where you told him to

Nearly nine out of ten couples pay around $3,000 for one, and he does something nobody else can. But he shoots one wedding: the one you hired him for.

The average American wedding has 117 guests — that's 117 more cameras, running all night, pointed at everything you didn't get to see. Not one of those 117 has an owner. This gives them one.

And between the party and the album there are weeks nobody covers

Your photographer delivers in weeks. Until then all you have is three loose photos on WhatsApp and whatever people put on their stories, which is gone in a day.

A Google Photos shared album holds 20 people, so that doesn't solve a wedding either. capturU fills exactly that gap: the next morning you already have the whole night, and it gets there first.

All of it works in Spanish and in English — your page, the signs, and whatever your guests see when they scan. Both sides of the family get the same thing, each one in their own language.

95 memories from a party of 42

You had none of them. These are our own numbers from our last event, measured — not a brochure: in this category the participation rates that get published are written by the founder of the product they recommend, with zero sources.

95

photos and videos, from a party of 42 people.

6.8

photos or videos per person.

14 of 42

guests uploaded something. We won't promise you all 200.

And one thing we learned the hard way. At that same event the voice recording was built and working, and we got zero recordings — because we had presented it as an "audio feature." At the next event we presented it as "leave her a message," and 24% of guests recorded their voice. The technology did not change. What we said to people did.

What we don't have yet: hundreds of events. We're new, you'll be talking to the person who built this, and on the Saturday of your party he'll be on the phone.

What's actually worrying you

What if nobody uses it?
That's the right question. We're not going to promise you all 200 will do it. We'll tell you why people do it: because they see it on the screen. That's why the screen is always included, and why we hand you the script for the DJ.
Are they going to come out blurry?
No. Photos are kept at high resolution — up to 2560px on the long side — with no watermark and no download limit. Videos are kept exactly as they came off the phone, untouched. What you see in your gallery is what you keep.
Am I going to get charged to download my own photos?
No. Downloads are free and complete. No charge per photo, no charge per guest, nothing that unlocks later.
Will it still be there in two years?
Yes. Your gallery doesn't expire and doesn't get shut off for inactivity. And the day after, you take the full backup to your own computer, so you don't even have to depend on us.
Do my guests have to download anything?
No. They open the camera, point at the code, and upload. No app, no account, no email.
What if the venue wifi is jammed?
What they pick is saved on their own phone and goes up as soon as there is signal — they do not have to stand there watching a progress bar. If they close the page before it finishes, it picks up again next time they open the link. That is why we send the link out again Sunday morning, which is when people actually upload.

One booking, for one night

The photo booth at your venue runs about $850, and 68% of weddings buy one. It takes up a corner for two hours and captures whoever stands in line. This takes the whole night, captures from every guest's phone, and stays forever. It books the same way: per event, everything included.

  • · The screen in the room, on every event
  • · The signs, table cards and wristbands, print-ready
  • · The voice booth
  • · Downloads — all of it, high resolution
  • · The recap of the night to send on WhatsApp
  • · Support on Saturday night, in Spanish or English

No per-guest charge. No per-photo charge. Nothing that unlocks later. Tell us your date and we'll tell you the number — no sales call.

No date yet? Even better — you get to see it before you book the venue.

Leave us the date and we'll send you, no strings, what it all looks like with your names on it, sample signs, and what it costs for your date and your venue:

  • · What it all looks like with your name on it
  • · Sample signs and table cards
  • · What it costs for your date and your venue

We answer within 24 hours. We won't call you unless you ask us to.
